When you need it most . . .
I support women—mothers and grandmothers—of children with medical diagnoses who feel isolated, chronically depleted, and generally out of sorts to live clam and resilient lives defined by deep attention to their needs as well as those of their families.
I used up a big chunk of my adult life feeling utterly depleted and often isolated after my baby went through radical brain surgery that often required 25 medical appointments a month, Once I learned to recognize the feelings that led to stress—and dismantle them—I became passionate about helping others lead lives of ease, calm and resilience.
