Caring for yourself is the most loving thing you can do for your health and your family, especially if you have a child with medical issues. That’s what I learned 15 years ago while caring for my son, who was born with a medical condition that required 25+ appointments each month and multiple surgeries.
If you know a parent who is stressed out and has lost their own sense of value because of having to constantly care for a loved one, I offer a series of tools that can help them gain balance, without giving up what’s most important to their family.
