If you're ready to join others and deepen your heart intelligence, you're welcome to become a member of the Coherence Hotspot group. We meet online the first Wednesday of each month from 7:30-8:30 am pacific* where we practice HeartMath skills and gather to amplify the wisdom of our hearts.
